Psssstttt…. password management
I honestly don’t know how anyone operates without a password management system. There are loads out there for a reason! The sheer convenience of keeping everything in one place (outside of your head or notebook) is worth it alone. Not to mention it makes it easy for you to securely share information with other team members (in-house or outsourced) without them actually seeing the details. LastPass is our favourite here at Lime and the free version is usually capable of enough for most small business owners. Of course there are perks to the premium version, but go bag yourself a freebie that will truly change your life.
Forget funnel freak out
Funnels freak people out. For some, this fear of funnels has a huge knock on effect in terms of how much manual intervention (and therefore time) is needed to see a process through. Once you’ve got your funnels running on autopilot you can breathe a massive sigh of relief, knowing that everything is working in the background.
From prospect to lead to sale, it can happen without you worrying about it. Imagine that, making sales in your sleep.
And let’s not forget your email nurture sequences. All these can be written and set up to trigger at various stages so you can continue communicating with your clients without having to compose individual emails. Genius.
