Are you constantly feeling overwhelmed, distracted, and behind because you can’t seem to get important tasks off your plate…and yet somehow you’re about to kick the start the new school year with writing a massive to do list…?

As an entrepreneur, you started your own business to finally have the flexibility, freedom, and ability to pursue your passion. But is your lengthy to-do list actually draining the excitement out of your workday instead?

If you’re nodding along, trapped in a cycle of unfinished projects, it’s no wonder you’re feeling frustrated and questioning yourself.

With so many competing priorities and doubts swirling around, how can you hope to move your business forward at the pace you dreamed of?

The good news?

You don’t have to stay stuck.

By getting the right game plan, support system, and accountability, you can break through what’s really holding you back from taking charge of your to-do list. There’s also no time like a brand new term to make it happen and so I’m going to share the reasons you’re stuck and the solutions to fix it in this blog. Read on 👇

Hey, solopreneur. I get how you’re feeling. Many of my early-stage business clients feel this way before working with me.

It’s frustrating when you can’t seem to plough through your to-do list as quickly as you’d hoped.

Taking the entrepreneurial leap to start your own business for flexibility and balance, freedom from corporate life, or to pursue a brilliant idea is awesome – but can also make you feel like you’re being pulled in a million directions at once.

But no matter how ambitious or talented you are, there always seem to be more tasks than hours in the day to complete them.

I’m here to tell you that you don’t have to stay stuck in this cycle of unfinished tasks and incomplete projects because I’ve got the perfect solution for you.

Before I tell you about it, you should know why you’re struggling to get those tasks and projects done.

The truth is, the reason you’re not getting everything done is NOT because you’re incapable or work-shy. Hell no. I know how hard small business owners work.

It’s due to one of these three super common culprits which many entrepreneurs face in their business journey, and getting this sorted this September means you could be starting 2025 on an upward trajectory instead of still being stuck!

If you recognise yourself here you’re in the right place:

1 Time Pressure

Deciding to be self-employed, especially if it’s to create more work-life balance, means the reality that you physically can’t “do it all.” There are only so many hours to divide between building your business, family, and ya know, actually having a life! Letting go of that “gotta do everything” pressure is step one.

2 Imposter Syndrome Struggles

Do those nagging doubts and fears creep in that you “don’t have it all figured out” yet to take major actions like posting content, starting a podcast, or attending events? That’s imposter syndrome messing with your head – and it can stall momentum fast if you let it. Don’t fall for it, you’ve so got this!

3 Shiny Object Syndrome

Oooh but maybe your issue is the opposite – you get super intrigued and distracted by every new strategy, tool, or tactic that ‘the experts’ sell in your feeds. This is a big one at the start of new school years or planning cycles when we’re naturally drawn to doing something new! Shiny object syndrome makes you struggle to commit and follow through because you’re always chasing something or some new guru. It’s time to rein in your focus and point at what really matters!

Any of those three hurdles can become your Kryptonite for procrastination, overwhelm, and virtually ensuring you WON’T get meaningful tasks done consistently.

But don’t worry, I’ve got the antidote, as promised 💪

The solution is to get the right mentoring and accountability in place, so you can cut through the noise and hone in on your priorities and personal strengths. By working with someone who has worked with other business owners at a similar stage in their business adventure and who you can bounce ideas off of, seek clarity from, and ask questions to can make a massive difference and move you forward.

I spend so much time mentoring small business owners so I know how to help you:

  • Identify what’s really worth your focus (and what to ditch)
  • Build an action plan to make steady progress
  • Stay motivated and accountable to kick procrastination’s butt
  • Locate and harness your own marketing superpower
  • Hone skills like content creation, promotion, and sales, and more!
  • Get you clear on how to deliver those big project milestones

Natali (and one of her team) have helped me with the development of my business over recent months. She’s put forward so many ideas for growing my brand, which I never would have thought about, and has helped me to think about the bigger picture. With their help I’ve started using a new CRM system, which I couldn’t have implemented alone and I’m extremely grateful for the support given. Always very quick to respond too, which is a bonus!
