Why Outsource?

Zoë and I met at One Woman Conference a little over a year ago and we simply hit it off. 

She was already running a successful marketing consultancy working with corporate clients and she’d previously launched a marketing membership programme for SMEs. However, the busy day to day elements of running a business coupled with serving clients meant that Zoë simply had too much on her plate. 

Having worked for some time with a business coach, Zoë came to the conclusion that she needed to outsource the behind the scenes aspects so that she could scale up, give more value to her clients, and relaunch her marvellous marketing membership. 

Already familiar with what we do here at LIME, she decided to reach out for business support.

Emphasis on Growth

Zoë is passionate about helping small business owners understand the fundamentals of marketing so that they can take that knowledge and use it to grow their businesses. The marketing membership was Zoë’s top priority and she was struggling to find the time and headspace to be able to grow it effectively due to her demanding workload.

Adopting a collaborative approach, we were able to implement the strategy and planning needed to get the project moving forward. Zoë was able to focus on one thing at a time in terms of where her input was necessary, and the team were able to piece together the moving parts – meaning the marketing membership was born once again!

From landing pages, social media, email campaigns, content, design, systems, and automation, Zoë now has several funnels in place to direct her target audience towards her membership.

Zoë enjoys working with LIME for several reasons, but one of the most beneficial aspects has been the strategy sessions. A seasoned pro herself, she clearly knows what’s what in terms of marketing but having Natali and Lou to discuss ideas with and drive momentum has been massively useful.
