Natali had already been working with Joanne for some of her clients and so Joanne knew Natali’s capabilities from the get-go.

After deciding to move away from her previous website service company, Joanne reached out to Natali for her web expertise.

She had already been very impressed with Natali’s ability to simply ‘get it’ and deliver exactly what’s needed right from the start, and so LIME was the natural choice for outsourcing some JMVA projects.

Having originally built her own website, Joanne has outsourced several elements of design and functionality to Natali. Updating the site has meant that JMVA continues to be shown in its best light.

LIME has also created consistency across the JMVA brand, from design to tone of voice, ensuring her friendly, approachable, yet professional nature is encompassed everywhere she’s visible. LIME also developed JMVA’s all important brand guidelines.

Joanne likens her site to a shop window as it’s the first thing people see prior to meeting her, and so making sure she’s perceived correctly and authentically is massively important. And she’s been told that her site genuinely provides insight on who she is and how she operates.

It reflects her brilliant personality so people know what to expect when meeting in person.

A seasoned pro herself, she clearly knows what’s what in terms of business support but having Natali to discuss ideas with and drive momentum has been massively useful. 

Additionally, Joanne wanted some video content developed for her marketing and so of course came to Natali to create that (including an outtake reel which is really quite amusing!).
