So without further ado, we’re pleased to introduce you to the lovely Lisa Lloyd, Chartered Psychologist & Psychotherapist, Founder of It’s Time For Change, and Host of Beyond The Water Cooler Podcast.

We spoke to Lisa about her business and how working with LIME has supported her business growth.

Why Outsource?

Lisa first began working with Lime in 2020 after realising her business growth would be inhibited unless she sought outside support. She was aware that in order to move the needle forward in her business, she needed to focus on the things she herself is passionate about and great at – and that her time and headspace were being taken up by multiple activities that weren’t necessary for her to be doing. Lisa also understood that a number of the business tasks she was undertaking could be done more efficiently by someone who had expertise in those given areas. 

Initially, LIME provided Lisa with design work as well as a range of admin and tech support. And now, Lisa views LIME as an extension of her own business, knowing she can rely on Natali and the team to provide a huge range of solutions, whatever arises. 


Emphasis on Growth

Lisa mentioned several positive aspects of working together with LIME, one of which is her overall business growth. She now has more time to focus on her clients, nurture relationships, engage with her network, and be truly present knowing the behind the scenes is taken care of. 

Of course, Lisa was aware that having a team to handle the day-to-day admin would free her up to do the things she’s great at, however there are other areas which she acknowledges have had a hugely positive impact on how her business operates. 

Having Natali’s insight and business awareness has meant that Lisa now has processes in place that have streamlined her operations, meaning much less faff!

Lisa loves the fact that the team are more than simply ‘do-ers’. She knew she would be able to rely on the team to get the necessities done, but something that really stands out is that LIME is a team of so much more than just VAs. 

It’s hard to put into words without perhaps causing offence, but LIME offers more than your traditional VA model. Natali herself is a strategist and is unafraid to challenge and make suggestions when she can see areas for improvement. Lisa feels she collaborates with LIME and very much appreciates the input and ideas that come from working together. There is a fantastic proactive approach that differs from the usual passive ‘asking for things to be done’ approach that you find elsewhere. 

More Benefits

When Lisa initially began working with LIME she knew what tasks needed to be outsourced, but she got more than that! From a strategy and action plan perspective, she was thoroughly impressed at just how much in depth understanding the team and Natali had. For example, when it came to setting up email nurture sequences, there was more involvement in how to actually land well with potential clients, creating hooks, nurturing, and guiding them through a strategic journey. Everything that is done has a specific purpose and that has allowed for more visibility in the online space. 

Natali also suggested other activities and ideas that Lisa had only toyed with, such as a podcast, which has launched It’s Time For Change into a space she wouldn’t have entered without the support from LIME. Lisa can focus on having important conversations and the rest is left to the team, from production and editing through to publishing. 

Above and Beyond

Lisa also stated just how responsive and efficient the team is. Understanding that every client is important to LIME, she still feels she is also a priority and knows that quality comes first. 

The team delivers top-notch outcomes and always hits deadlines. 

Natali has become Lisa’s first port of call for all her business needs and foresees a fabulous ongoing relationship, working collaboratively. 

Lisa loves the fact that Natali has the personal touch as well, sending her gifts on birthdays, and checking in regularly. Having regular scheduled contact means that she can prioritise her workload in a different way. Having support and accountability whilst seeing the progress that’s being made enables her to feel peace of mind knowing that everything is moving in the right direction.
