As a mum, wife, and successful business owner, Natali understands just how many things business owners and entrepreneurs have to juggle. She’s a creative entrepreneur, skilled in design, business strategy and mentoring. Natali’s been described as ‘helpful, knowledgeable and full of ideas’. She loves sharing her knowledge to empower women to become successful entrepreneurs and live the life they dream of.


After ‘doing the Corporate thing’ for over 20 years (including roles in Marketing, Planning and Development and leading on Sustainability for Business amongst other things), Karen quit the 9-5 in 2016. Since then, she’s used her experience and Chartered Institute of Marketing qualifications to support small business owners, and helping them to make more money from doing what they love.


Sarah is multifaceted as both podcast manager and graphic designer. Her clean and precise sound editing helps to make sure that podcasts are professionally polished, and that the audio sounds its best when it gets published. She enjoys the meticulousness required when checking a transcript, editing show notes and when creating layouts and graphics.


A whizz at website design and strategy, SEO and analytical tracking, Tilly’s top tip is to ‘always track what you do, it’s the only way you will gauge success.’
dislikes tardiness and loves a good cup of coffee. From concept to getting your business found online, Tilly is able to assist you at each stage of your journey, helping you learn on the job.


Sophie is one of LIME’s digital design wizkids – from websites to social media posts, visuals are her thing.  After having a baby and deciding to not return to employed life, Sophie chose to embark on her own freelance adventure. Since then, she has been handling a breadth of marketing activities for clients and we’ve snapped her up for Team LIME as one of our awesome flexperts. Sophie has also been writing as a passion since childhood and took creative writing alongside her 1st Class Honours Degree in Criminology and Psychology. So we’d all best behave!


Nadia is a highly qualified PA to CEOs and company directors, Nadia has 15+ years experience under her belt working in the NHS and Education sectors. 
With over 7 years experience of Governance, Nadia prides herself on her business values of Excellence, Integrity and Collaboration. Nadia specialises in minute taking, board support and complex diary management.


Fiona is LIME’s resident Finance whizz with extensive experience as a Finance Manager both in employment and running her own show. Boasting qualifications of AAT Level 4 Diploma in Accounting and a CIMA Diploma in Management Accounting, Fiona absolutely loves running payroll and account reconciliation. Fiona’s priority is ensuring clients have peace of mind knowing the numbers are being dealt with accurately.


Lou has always been told she has a way with words and so embracing this, she set out 5 years ago as a content and copywriter. Having worked on website copy, blog posts, social media content, email sequences, and anything else that requires a certain wordiness, Lou can take what you want to say and make your copy coherent and effective. Lou is also experienced in small business marketing strategy.


Mary is a fabulous tech VA and ‘all-rounder’ based in bonny Scotland. Her career background includes working in the arts, education, and tech sectors.
She has a knack for being able to pick up tech in a heartbeat. With extensive administrative experience and a passion for technology, Mary loves the benefits automations and streamlining brings to small businesses.


A certified data protection officer, Michelle has a penchant for helping businesses understand data protection.

She loves creating policies and procedures that work for individual industries and helping small business owners implement best practices.
She has 10 years of experience working in quality and compliance.


After having worked as an Executive Assistant at board-level for a London based publishing house for five years, Raakhee set up her own Virtual Assistant business almost 8 years ago. She has a penchant for organising the disorganised! With a keen eye for detail, she’s able to take on the tasks that are prone to errors and ensure they’re accurate and correct. From research to scheduling, and formatting, the mistakes won’t slip through her net!


Samantha loves all things digital. Her area of expertise is in graphic design, and digital marketing – an effective and convenient combo! After completing her degree in communications and digital media in New Zealand, as well as a web design internship, Samantha spent 11 years working in graphic design and marketing before returning to England. Now a mother, she runs her own business supporting clients with their design and marketing needs.


With over 15 years of corporate experience in project management and 5 years of small business account management and admin manager experience, Tracy has a wealth of expertise and knowhow.
From diary management to travel research and booking, as well as financial support, not to mention her Bachelor of Business Studies qualification, Tracy is yet another Lime VA you can rely on.


Claire is LIME’s remarkably multi-talented Marketing and Social Media Specialist with over 20 years’ experience in her field.
She really knows her limes from her lemons when it comes to product marketing and management, as well as consumer analysis and insight. Claire has 10+ years of supporting SMEs with strategy, marketing, admin, websites, Facebook and Instagram ads (and more!).


Sam holds an honours degree in Project Management and as an Online Business Manager she helps service providers grow, build and streamline their business through building automated systems that save time and money. She designs unique solutions specific to each company’s needs. An organised problem solver, Sam specialises in building systems in business management solutions like ClickUp and Dubsado, as well as business process improvement.


A seasoned journalist who loves writing and editing copy for both online and print, Elise has managed a number of websites and social media pages for large magazine brands.
She consults on digital strategy and content creation, especially within the travel industry, while continuing to create content herself. She’s full of ideas and loves escaping into nature – the wilder the better.


Natalie supports LIME VBS clients as an organisation ninja, otherwise known as a virtual assistant. Natalie is certified ECDL (European Computer Driving Licence) and has completed a Cyber Essentials course. With over 40 years experience, Natalie’s skills include finance & bookkeeping, human resources & recruitment, event management, diary & email management, minute taking, transcription & audio typing, as well as newsletters & email campaigns.


Emma left college with an Advanced GNVQ in Media Communications and Production and went straight into the world of Administration. Emma has gone on to achieve a Level 3 Diploma in Business and Administration as well as completing a Personal Assistants course. Having gained a wealth of experience over 18 years in varied admin and operations roles, Emma enjoys putting her talents to good use as a flexpert on the team.


Triple threat Rachel has copywriting, marketing, and sales funnel expertise in her wheelhouse!

As a kid, Rachel discovered she had a natural talent for writing and bringing ideas to life. After 15+ years in corporate marketing and communications roles, she has turned this talent and passion to helping other solopreneurs attract and nurture their audience into becoming potential clients or customers.


After a decade working in bidding, marketing, innovation and strategy support, Markie now supports small business owners with strategies and content to get visible and grow online. The opportunity of social media and the online world is not to be missed and coaches and consultants can have the upper hand over the bigger brands by being able to adapt faster and innovate more effectively.
